2nd WACA Council Meeting 2023
The rescheduled 2nd WACA Council Meeting of 2023 was held via a Zoom video conference call on Tuesday, 27 June. A Summary of the Meeting is available on request..

54th WACA Annual General Assembly
AGA Package
The deadline for registrations was 30 June and all rooms allocated for the AGA had been sold by that date. More registration forms were received after the deadline and so the Jordan Interline Club are trying to secure additional rooms at a favourable rate. An update will follow in due course. 
Post-AGA Tours
Space is still available for any 54th AGA participant to join one of the two post-AGA tours being organised by the Jordan Interline Club which sends the following reminder about the post-AGA tours:

  • Each tour requires a minimum of 20 participants with a maximum of 30 participants.
  • Payment is by a United States dollar bank transfer sent to the Jordan Interline Club bank account shown in the registration forms.
  • Registration forms can be found in the Events section of the WACA website (www.waca.org) to be completed and sent to jordaninterlineclub@gmail.com with full payment.

Member Clubs' Local Events
Chief Marketing/Events Officer, Silva Kandiah, will be happy to post on WACA's Facebook page any local event that a Member Club is organising so that any WACA member could join if they happen to be in that particular location at that time. Details of the local event such as the date, time, location, purpose, etc. should be sent to SIlva:  s1510k@yahoo.com.

Membership Messages
Communicate
“Membership Messages” are sent out on a regular basis to WACA Member Clubs, Members-at-Large and other individuals closely connected to WACA. Recipients in Member Clubs are requested to forward these messages to all members of their respective Club or direct their members to the News and Press Releases section of WACA's website where the messages are posted: www.waca.org/news/Pages/index.aspx.
