WACA Council Meeting
The rescheduled 2nd WACA Council Meeting of 2023 will be held via a Zoom video conference call on Tuesday, 27 June. Member Clubs' waca mRepresentatives and Members-at-Large are requested to send to my attention any item(s) they would like to be included on the agenda.

World Airline Road Race
Members are reminded that the World Airline Road Race (WARR) will be held this year in Calgary, Canada, on 24 September: www.worldairlineroadrace.com. Chief Marketing/Events Officer, Silva Kandiah, has contacted the chair of WARR with a view to WACA perhaps hosting joint events together in 2024 and beyond. If any member would like to participate in this year's WARR, or volunteer to assist in the event's logistics, please contact Silva: s1510k@yahoo.com.

Royal Visit

Afternoon Tea
Past President of the Vancouver Interline Club, Nigel Cole, advises that he and other members of the Club recently enjoyed a sponsored afternoon tea courtesy of Perx Interline Vacations on board a recent cruise the Club undertook on the Crown Princess. To mark the occasion each member on the cruise received a complimentary travel bag courtesy of Vancouver Interline Club. All in all, Nigal says, it was an excellent event for our members who participated in this group cruising experience.
