56th Annual General Assembly (AGA): The 2025 Interline Celebration
Package
As previously advised, the 56th AGA will be held from 1–5 October 2025 at the Radisson Blu Resort, St. Julian's, on the island of Malta. The package cost has been established at USD 1,150.00 per person based on double occupancy with an early bird discount cost of USD 1,100.00 if paid in full by 31 March. The single occupancy supplement is USD 400.00. The comprehensive brochure and the registration form are attached and can be found in the Events section of the WACA website.
Additional Nights
For any participant wishing to take an additional night(s) prior to or following the 56th AGA, an arrangement has been made with the Radisson Blu Resort for bed and breakfast at a special rate per night of USD 120.00 per person double occupancy and USD 215.00 single occupancy. Reservations at these rates must be made by WACA so please send your additional night(s) request to Lucie Forget who will make the booking on your behalf: lucie.forget1@gmail.com. Payment should be sent to WACA in the same way as shown on page 10 of the 56th AGA brochure.
Pre-AGA Sights of Cyprus Tour
Prior to the 56th AGA a pre-AGA tour of Cyprus has been organised to be held from 26–30 September 2025 based at the 4-Star Sun Hall Hotel, Larnaca. The package includes a tour of Larnaca; a visit to the capital, Nicosia, the only capital in the world divided into two parts as well as an excursion to Limassol and the site of the ancient kingdom of Kourion. The package cost is USD 850.00 per person based on double occupancy with a single occupancy supplement of USD 300.00. A detailed programme and registration form are attached and can also be found in the Events section of the WACA website.
Note: providing there is a minimum of ten participants, a group booking will be arranged on Emirates flight EK109, LCA 12:15–MLA 14:00, on 30 September at an approximate cost of USD 240.00 per passenger.
Post-AGA Highlights of Sicily Tour
Following the 56th AGA a post-AGA tour of Sicily has been arranged to be held from 5–8 October 2025 based at the 4-Star Grand Hotel Baia Verde, Catania. The city of Syracuse, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, will be the first place that will be visited. The following day the Cathedral of Catania will be the highlight and then the next day discovering one of the most active volcanoes in the world via a Jeep tour of Mount Etna. The tour will cost USD 1,200.00 per person based on double occupancy with a single occupancy supplement of USD 200.00.
